Scope
This policy covers torquethreadsupply.com, automotive-parts requests and the free Hermes web app. TorqueThread Supply operates online from Homestead, Florida, without a public storefront.
Information handled
A parts request may include vehicle year, make, model, engine, the requested part, manufacturer, part number and a contact email when the verified automatic channel is available. We do not ask for a VIN, street address, phone number or payment details in that form.
Hermes does not require an account, payment details or a license code. The app can be opened and installed from a supported browser.
Hermes data stays local
Customer, vehicle, order, inventory, invoice and payment records entered in Hermes are stored in the browser on your device. TorqueThread Supply does not receive those operational records through the application. You control downloaded backups and are responsible for keeping them secure.
How information is used
Information you submit is used to respond to a request, verify a part reference or fitment, prepare a quote, provide product support, prevent misuse and keep required business records. TorqueThread Supply does not sell personal information or build advertising profiles from these requests.
Other services
Hosting providers may process ordinary security and access logs. When model suggestions load, the site sends the selected year and make to the U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) vehicle-data service, which may receive standard access data. These suggestions can be incomplete and do not confirm part fitment. Workshop apparel is sold through the linked Printify storefront, whose checkout and privacy policy apply there.
Retention and security
Business emails and transaction records are retained only as reasonably needed for service, accounting, dispute prevention and legal obligations. Hermes records remain on your device until you remove them. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no website, email or device can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask about, correct or request deletion of information you submitted, subject to records that must be retained for legal or transaction purposes. This service is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13.
