Online operation
TorqueThread Supply is an online business based in Homestead, Florida. There is no public storefront or installation shop. Website information may be updated as verified services and supplier relationships change.
Parts requests and quotes
Submitting a request does not reserve a product, create an order or authorize a charge. Vehicle application, part number, supplier, stock, delivered price, shipping and return terms must be confirmed before a purchase decision. A quote is valid only for the stated reference and period.
You are responsible for providing accurate vehicle and part information and for reviewing the final fitment details. Installation should be performed by a qualified person when appropriate.
Workshop apparel
Apparel and accessories are offered through the linked Printify storefront and made after purchase. Product variants, final price, shipping, production, returns and checkout terms shown by that storefront apply to those orders.
Hermes web app
The current Hermes web edition is free to access and does not require payment, an account or a license code. It may be installed from a supported browser without using an app store.
Hermes stores operational records locally. You are responsible for device access, data accuracy and regular backups. Hermes is an organizational tool, not tax, accounting, legal or repair advice. Do not resell, redistribute, reverse engineer or misuse the application.
Third-party purchases
Hermes does not collect payment and the current web edition does not require payment or activation. Purchases made through an identified third-party storefront follow the provider terms shown at checkout.
Never send card numbers, bank credentials or passwords by email. Questions about a third-party transaction should be directed to the provider identified at checkout.
Availability and responsibility
TorqueThread Supply works to keep published information accurate but does not promise uninterrupted access, permanent availability or error-free third-party services. To the extent permitted by law, use of the site and the free Hermes web app is at your own risk.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent requests, probe security controls or use TorqueThread names, designs, software or content without permission.
Changes and governing law
These terms may be updated when the services change. The effective date identifies the current version. Florida law governs these terms where applicable, without overriding consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
